Arrived on site and found a leak on a 1/2-inch PVC line passing through the exterior wall, which was causing the wood inside the outside wall to become wet. Located the main shutoff valve in the box near the house and shut the water off. Cut out the damaged section of PVC and installed a new hose bib and connection. Once completed, allowed the PVC cement to cure properly and advised the customer to turn the water back on after two hours. Cleaned the work area and left the system ready for use.

Upon arrival, found the existing 40-gallon electric water heater had failed due to a leak. Removed the old water heater and installed a new 40-gallon electric water heater. Once installation was complete, turned the water back on and thoroughly checked all connections for leaks. No leaks were found. Restored power to the new water heater and verified proper operation.
