Alpharetta, GA - Turned off water supply to the home and drained system as needed. Removed existing hose bib by unsoldering old connection and installed new hose bib with soldered connection. Restored water service and tested for proper operation and leaks. Once no leaks were found, caulked around the new hose bib and cleaned work area.

Arrived on site to replace hose bib but found shut off valve would not fully close, preventing safe replacement. Attempted to turn off city side water supply, but city side valve would not operate properly. Unable to complete replacement at this time due to water not being able to be fully isolated. Advised customer of issue with shut off valves and recommended repair or replacement of main shut off before proceeding with hose bib replacement. Cleaned workspace before leaving.

The service was great! The price was high! They charge $149 to figure out the problem, then charge more to fix it! They advertise free estimate but not really! I had to pay $149 to figure out the problem!
