Responded to an urgent request in White where multiple outlets in the master bedroom stopped functioning simultaneously. Identified an open neutral fault at an upstream GFCI outlet that had failed internally due to age. Swapped out the worn outlet for a commercial-spec Leviton GFCI receptacle and re-secured the load-side wiring connections. Power was immediately restored to all downstream wall outlets in the circuit.
