Branch circuit restoration. Diagnostics found that one wire in the light box was disconnected causing one light not to have power. The 2 kitchens lights had 3 way switches that were connected wrong. Fixed issue by reconnecting wire in light box to other wires. 3 way had switchleg crosses. Lights are now working.
