Job Locations and Reviews
I began by safely shutting off the water supply to the water heater. I then replaced the faulty thermal expansion tank and drain valve, ensuring all new components were correctly installed. After reactivating the water supply, I meticulously inspected all connections for any signs of leaks. No leaks were detected, confirming the successful repair. The water heater was tested to ensure it was operating efficiently. Finally, I cleaned up the tools and materials, leaving the work area neat and tidy.
Electrician, giving a free electrical estimate for a panel replacement
Arrived on site to assess the customer’s plumbing concerns and provide an estimate. Performed an inspection of the kitchen drain system and determined that the kitchen sink drain piping requires replacement. Also measured and evaluated approximately 12 feet of existing 3-inch drain pipe that is recommended for replacement due to its condition. Discussed the scope of work with the customer, including the proposed materials, installation process, and expected results. Provided a detailed quote for repiping the kitchen sink drain and replacing 12 feet of 3-inch drain pipe. Answered all customer questions and reviewed the recommended repairs.
Installed a new hose bib and upgraded the faucet to improve outdoor water access and performance. Ensured all connections were secure, leak-free, and up to code. Tested both fixtures for proper flow and functionality. Customer now has reliable water service for exterior use and improved indoor fixture performance.
I called out this company because I got a quote to replace my hose bib for $550 which I thought was a bit much. Shane came out and took a look at my hose, bib and said give me one second he came back from his truck with pliers and was able to unscrew the part that was broken that just regulated the water pressure and it completely fixed the hose. I don’t know anything about plumbing, but if I knew that I could’ve done it myself, but the other company wanted to charge me 550. Shane saved me so much time and money and I’m glad I had an expert that showed me that the problem wasn’t as bad as I thought.
Removed a faulty hose adaptor that was causing a steady leak and water loss. After safely disconnecting the adaptor, inspected the connection for damage, cleaned the threads, and ensured a proper seal to restore normal function. System was tested and confirmed leak-free with proper pressure.
Replaced existing 50-gallon gas water heater and installed a Halo 5 whole-house water filtration system. Filled and pressurized both systems, then turned the water on and thoroughly inspected all connections for leaks. No leaks were found, and all equipment is operating properly. After confirming proper operation, cleaned the work area and removed all job-related debris. While filling and testing the systems, it was discovered that the septic tank is backed up and will require further evaluation and service.
Completed a plumbing service installing a new hose spigot connected to the home?s filtration system. Ensured proper tie-in for clean, filtered water access while maintaining strong flow and secure, leak-free connections. All work was completed to code and tested for reliability.
Replaced a faulty American Standard shower valve to restore proper water flow and temperature control. Shut off water to the home and safely removed the existing valve and trim. Cut into the wall as needed to access plumbing and disconnected the old valve. Installed new American Standard shower valve, ensuring proper alignment, secure connections, and compatibility with existing water lines. Soldered and/or connected fittings as required and installed new trim kit. Turned water back on and thoroughly tested for leaks, proper pressure, and smooth hot/cold operation. Confirmed valve is functioning correctly with no leaks. Cleaned up work area and ensured customer satisfaction.
Completed a shower valve replacement today. The old valve was worn out and causing issues with temperature control and water flow. Shut off the water, removed the existing valve, and installed a new shower valve to restore proper operation. Tested the system after installation to ensure there were no leaks and that both hot and cold water were mixing correctly. The shower is now working properly with consistent water pressure and temperature control. Another plumbing repair completed and the customer is back up and running.

Very Patient and explained well.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave such great feedback we appreciate your business.
Very professional and quality work. Called before he arrived and was on time. Very nice gentleman. Very knowledgeable with his work.
Good sized job turned into a big job. Our 'new to us' home wasn't as awesomely put together as we were told. But now it's no longer a fire hazard. Really appreciate the guys pointing out that there was an issue with the HVAC breaker and they were able to work with the HVAC guy (who luckily was able to come out while they were here) to get it resolved. Only small gripe, is that some of the furniture was left pushed out; but it was 10pm and we all wanted to go home by then (like I said, it turned into a big job). But a lot of lights magically started working! Will call them again.
Thank you for such a great review it was our pleasure helping you with your new home, we apologize for the furniture being left out and look forward to working with you in the future!
