Came out and installed a new Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) in front of the water meter to regulate high incoming water pressure. Incoming pressure was reading 120 PSI, which is above recommended levels. Installed and adjusted the PRV to safely reduce pressure down to 70 PSI to protect the plumbing system, fixtures, and water heater from damage.
