Once the new piping was installed, turned the water back on and thoroughly checked the system for leaks and proper water flow. After confirming everything was operating correctly, cleaned and organized the workspace.

HVAC Repair Service: Responded to a residential HVAC system experiencing inconsistent operation and reduced cooling performance. Performed a full diagnostic inspection and found the blower motor overheating due to worn internal bearings and restricted airflow. Replaced the failing blower motor, cleaned debris from the air handler compartment, checked system electrical components, and tested airflow and temperature split to confirm the system was operating efficiently and cooling properly again.

Came out and completed professional plumbing repairs for the homeowner. Replaced a damaged sink drain extension piece to restore proper drainage and prevent leaks under the sink. Also changed out an old, worn anode rod in the water heater to help protect the tank from corrosion and extend the life of the unit. System was tested after repairs to ensure everything was operating safely and efficiently.

The work done was excellent. Stephen was courteous, professional, and thorough. The price of the service wasn't the lowest, but we did a fair amount of research, and it wasn't the highest, either. Overall, I feel like we got a good value, and I'm pleased with the results.
