At a customer’s home today to resolve an issue with their tankless water heater. The TMP (temperature and pressure relief) line had been incorrectly routed into a condensing pump. We redirected the TMP line to its own independent drain and safely routed it to the exterior of the home. System now meets code and operates properly. Providing reliable plumbing solutions for families in the area!

Arrived at customer’s home today to service their portable fireplace. Installed a ½” to ¾” regulator on the existing copper gas line to improve gas flow and system performance. Added a new cut-off shutoff valve for safety and convenience, and replaced the faulty igniter to restore reliable operation. Fireplace now operating safely and efficiently.

Today we returned to the customer’s home to complete the winterization process. We used a compressor to safely blow out the irrigation lines and protect the plumbing system from freezing temperatures. All hose bibs were properly winterized to prevent damage and ensure the home is fully prepared for the colder months ahead.
Checked in on a winterization project today. Shut down the main water supply, drained all interior lines, and protected all fixtures for the cold weather. Disconnected and drained two RO water-filter systems for the customer to store until spring. We’ll be returning later this week to blow out the remaining water in the lines with an air compressor through the hose bibs to ensure the home is fully protected from freezing.

GREAT JOB!! I wanted 6 recess lights installed in my den. Called Eazy Electric and was told they would have someone out that night to look at the job. Jerry showed up that night and I explained what I wanted and was told that it would be no problem at all. Jerry said they could have someone come the next morning to do the job. He gave me the quote for the job and it was very reasonable. Steven showed up the next morning to do the job and took the time to cover everything up before he started. When I got home from work he was putting the final switches in. There was no mess to be cleaned up and the job was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a quality job done. 8/6/2024 I also had a plumbing problem and called EaZy and they had someone out that night to check the problem. Tommy gave me some options to think about and when I decided he said he would have to go get the necessary items to fix my problem. It was about 6:30 at night and I told him it could wait until tomorrow. He said he would call the office and check his schedule for the next day. He informed me that he had a light day and could fix it between 12-4. He arrived, fixed the problem and did a great job. Highly recommend this company for any electrical or plumbing problems.

I had my electric meter box completely pulled away from my house, dangling by the wires. It also had other damage to the incoming wires. It was on Feb. 3, 2023, which was a very cold night. Jerry Jones arrived just at dark and within a short while went and got parts, reattached my meter, fixed the other repairs, called NGEMC and got them to return and reconnect the powerlines. Jerry kept me from freezing to death on that 26-degree night when I had no electricity. I'm a disabled senior citizen, and I have never had such a wonderful technician and person come and do all he did for me, when others left me alone in the dark.
