Pulled up to a home in the Waterford neighborhood over in Cartersville where the homeowner said the AC had been running nonstop for two days straight and the house still hadn't gotten below 79 degrees. Found the condenser coil packed solid with cottonwood and Georgia red clay dust. The kind of buildup that shuts down heat transfer and just makes the system hammer away without ever catching up. Cleaned the coil with a low-pressure rinse, inspected the capacitor and contactor while I had everything open, and ran a full cooling cycle to confirm the temperature split came back where it belonged. System's running efficient again and not burning up their electric bill trying to fight the summer heat.

Surge Protection Installation: Completed a whole-home surge protection installation for a homeowner concerned about protecting electronics and appliances after a nearby lightning strike damaged a neighbor's equipment. I contacted EaZy Electrical & Plumbing to order and install 2 ADA (right height) toilets. Eddie did a great job installing them. He made sure that the height of the toilet seats was what was right for me. He also ordered pressure assist on the toilets. Work was completed quickly and looks and works great. Also, one of his employees (Jerry) installed a new kitchen faucet for me. I recommend this company.
I hired EaZy Electrical to put a couple of electrical outlets at the ends of my kitchen island (new house). Jerry did that for me. He also corrected a wiring problem I had with dryer. Very friendly and helpful gentleman. Turnaround time from when I first contacted the company to have the work done till Jerry showed up was extremely fast. Would highly recommend.
