Came out for professional plumbing and home service repairs. Removed and installed a new lower heating element on the water heater to restore proper hot water performance. Also replaced a faulty shower cartridge to stop leaks and ensure smooth operation. While on site, completed troubleshooting on a propane fireplace to diagnose ignition and performance issues. Customer’s system is now operating more efficiently. Another reliable service call completed by a trusted local technician.

Performed a professional auger service on the main drain pipe to clear the blockage and restore proper drainage throughout the home.
