Came out to the customer’s home and found a defective garden hose that had blown out, causing the outdoor spigot to continuously flow. Removed the damaged hose, inspected the spigot for additional issues, and ensured proper operation with no further leaks. Restored normal water flow and helped prevent future water damage. Another plumbing issue resolved quickly and professionally.

Jerry was great. He arrived on time and ask me about my issues. He then verified the situation and got right to work. We discussed options with my repair. He found a problem with the wiring inside the electrical box and corrected it before starting he work. The trouble shooting was thorough and the problem was a loose wire in a switch in the circuit. He even took time to discuss a future project I have in mind for my home.

We appreciate all types of feedback as we strive to better our company daily. I reviewed your invoice and spoke to both the electricians that did the work and I see that you were instructed by an inspector to make the needed electrical code corrections to sell the home because an Unlicensed, Unqualified person had worked on the electrical system. I understand it can be much more expensive to hire a Licensed, Bonded, Insured, Qualified, Reputable electrical service company who will do the work the right way the first time to Code spec. Our prices are based on a national average and are comparable to other reputable electrical service companies like ours so saying our prices are to high without having anything to compare your opinion to, just isn't a fare statement. We had two uniformed certified electricians in well marked service vehicles working on your project to get it done in a timely manner, and you approved all quoted flat rate prices before they started. All work was completed correctly and to the inspectors satisfactory so we believe our pricing was on point. Thanks Edward DiCarlo Owner
